We will ship your order after receipt of your payment as soon as possible.

When your order is being delivered you will receive an email from the carrier indicating your package number and all shipping and tracking information.

All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are prepared and shipped the same day (working days), this period can be extended from 1 to 2 days (working days). Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

SØLI BOUTIQUE being a small family business, it is not big enough to afford the postage costs.

Contact us by email on soli.boutique.contact@gmail.com, we will send you a withdrawal form to fill out, which will have to be returned to us by return email. As soon as we have validated this return with you, you can return the product (s) concerned to the following address:

CONDITIONS

Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Return and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of an error on our part, the shipping costs will be reimbursed to you in this case.

The item (s) must be returned new, intact, unwashed, and unworn - excluding fitting, with the original label and packaging in their original packaging. original package.

Please understand that we cannot accept a product that cannot be relisted.

The return must be made by Colissimo de La Poste with insurance and tracking to limit any risk of loss or theft.

As soon as we have received and validated the condition of the product, we will reimburse you within 30 days of receipt of the items by the company SØLI BOUTIQUE.

To be accepted, any return must first be reported to SØLI BOUTIQUE according to the procedure set out above.

Special case of beauty products:

In accordance with the law, this right cannot be exercised for cosmetics for reasons of hygiene and safety. Certain products limiting over-packaging do not allow verification or a 100% guarantee of non-use, a sine qua non condition before any sale on the site's store. Thus, cosmetics cannot be the subject of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, as well as the boxes of which they are composed.

If you live in France, when we return an exchanged garment to you, we are happy to cover the cost of this first postage. All postage costs for subsequent exchanges will again be at your expense.
