The customer undertakes to read these General Conditions carefully and to accept them, before proceeding to payment for an order for product (s) placed on the site.

These General Conditions are referenced at the bottom of each page of the site by means of a link and must be consulted before placing the order. The customer is invited to carefully read, download and print the General Conditions and to keep a copy.

The seller advises the customer to read the General Conditions for each new order, the latest version of said Conditions applying to any new product order.

By clicking on the first button to place the order and then on the second to confirm the said order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the General Conditions without limitation or condition.

To order the desired items, enter their product sheet by clicking on their photo or their reference, choose the desired quantity and click on "Add to my basket".

By clicking on the Validate basket button, the Buyer confirms his order after checking his basket. He must then validate it by clicking on the Pay button. The sale becomes final only after full payment of the sale price by the Purchaser in accordance with the terms of payment indicated in article 4 hereof.

There is no minimum amount to be able to validate the Order on the Site. The Customer is strongly advised to keep a copy of his Order on paper or on a reliable and durable recording medium.

The Customer will then receive by email a confirmation of acceptance of the Order within twenty-four (24) hours, summarizing the Order reference, the Product (s) ordered, their quantity (s) ( s), Price, color, size (s), Delivery costs, the applicable tax (s) in particular on the added value, the means of payment chosen, the details of the Customer as well as the delivery and invoicing addresses chosen.

In the absence of validation of the Order by the Company SØLI BOUTIQUE within this period by email, the Order is not deemed to be taken into account.

If an email is not received within the aforementioned period, the Customer is invited to contact the Customer Service of the SØLI BOUTIQUE Company (see the preceding CUSTOMER SERVICE article of these General Conditions).

The Customer will also receive by email confirmation of the shipment of the Order.

The SØLI BOUTIQUE Company undertakes to honor Orders received on the Site and duly validated within the limit of stocks available from its suppliers.

In the absence of availability of one or more Products ordered on the Site, the SØLI BOUTIQUE Company undertakes to inform the Customer thereof by email.

At its sole discretion, the SØLI BOUTIQUE Company may offer the Customer a Product or an equivalent reference to replace the unavailable Product (s). In the absence of a response from the Customer or an equivalent Product, the Order for the unavailable Product will then be canceled and its Price refunded to the Customer, the remainder of the Order remaining firm and final.

The SØLI BOUTIQUE Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any Order from a Customer for a legitimate reason, relating for example to a difficulty in supplying a Product, a problem with the Order or the Delivery, or between taking into account the abnormality of the Order or, when there is a dispute concerning a previous Order, and in particular its payment. The responsibility of the Company SØLI BOUTIQUE can in no case be engaged in this respect.

The SØLI BOUTIQUE Company will inform the Customer only by email. The Customer is therefore asked to consult his email box regularly.


The Products are sold at the price in effect at the time of the order, as indicated on the Site. The prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

The prices of the Products sold on the Site are understood by article and reference.

They are liable to change at any time without prior notification. Delivery costs are mentioned separately, depending on the choice made. Orders are payable in euros, regardless of the Buyer's place of delivery or residence.

In the event of an entry, printing, publication or calculation error showing a Price significantly lower than the Price normally charged on the Site or in the reference market for the Product (s) in question, their Order may be subject to cancellation even if it has been the subject of an automatic confirmation by the Company SØLI BOUTIQUE.

The Customer will be informed as soon as possible by email so that he can, if he wishes, place an Order again at the correct Price.

In the event of delivery of Products outside the European Union, the Seller is not responsible for the payment of customs duties or other costs or local taxes. Any such duties, costs or taxes are your responsibility as the Buyer and you are also required to make the necessary declarations to the competent authorities of the country of delivery, if applicable.


Depending on the product concerned, the seller applies “just in time” inventory management. Therefore, depending on the case, the availability of the products depends on the seller's stocks.

The seller undertakes to honor orders received provided the products are available.

The unavailability of a product is in principle indicated on the page of the product concerned. Customers can also be notified of a product's restocking by the seller.

In any case, if the unavailability was not indicated at the time of the order, the seller undertakes to inform the customer without delay if the product is unavailable.

The seller can, at the customer's request:

- Either offer to ship all the products at the same time as soon as the products out of stock are available again,

- Or proceed with a partial shipment of the available products initially, then the shipment of the rest of the order when the other products are available, subject to clear information concerning the additional transport costs that may be incurred,

- Or offer an alternative product of equivalent quality and price, accepted by the customer.

If the customer decides to cancel his order for unavailable products, he will obtain a refund of all sums paid for unavailable products within thirty (30) days of payment at the latest.


The Buyer can pay for his order by Paypal, his credit or debit card.

The Customer undertakes to pay the full Price of the Order when validating his payment.

The Order will only be confirmed by the SØLI BOUTIQUE Company subject to receipt of the full Price of the Order by the SØLI BOUTIQUE Company.

The Products will remain the property of the Company SØLI BOUTIQUE until full payment of the Order Price by the Customer.

The invoice for the Order will be established when the Order is shipped and will be placed in the customer area and sent by email to the customer (no paper invoice).


After acceptance of your order and payment, the Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided when ordering.

The choice of delivery method depends on the country of delivery and the weight of your package. An email will inform you of the shipment of your order as well as the tracking number of the latter.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days of ordering. Beyond this period, you have the right to demand the cancellation and refund of your purchase by sending us a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing on a durable medium, after having given us formal notice, depending on the same terms, to provide the Products within a reasonable additional time.

However, the Seller will not bear any responsibility in the event of late delivery or impossibility of delivery of the Products due to erroneous or incomplete information indicated by the Buyer at the time of the order.

The Customer is responsible for the risks associated with the return of his package. It is recommended that you take out additional insurance or send the package by Colissimo with signature on receipt or any other form allowing it to compensate it up to the value of the items in the event of loss, theft or damage.

The seller declines all responsibility in the event that the customer does not collect the package from a relay point.

See the “DELIVERY” section for a list of countries covered and applicable delivery costs. In some cases, deliveries to countries outside the European Union may generate additional external costs which are payable by you. These include, for example, funds transfer fees charged by banks (transfer fees, exchange fees, for example), import duties or taxes (including customs duties).

You are responsible for your order. Indeed, the data that you announce to us binds you once the order has been placed. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, we disclaim all responsibility, and the order will be returned to the correct address at your expense.

Summer holidays - August 2021

The store remains open, all orders placed from July 31st will be shipped from August 31st.
